T-Mobile have responded to recent worries over the G1’s 1GB/month data cap. In a statement to Engadget.com, T-Mobile clarified that the 1GB soft cap has since been removed but will be reserved for a ’small fraction’ of users who abuse the network.

The official T-Mobile G1 product service guide lists a handy feature comparison between the G1, iPhone 3G and the Sprint Instinct.
The document also confirms the G1’s lack of Stereo Bluetooth, Video capture and Microsoft Exchange support.
